Powell House - the Atlanta Country Club is the site for this 2004 modern house. The clean, understated interior spaces and striking exterior elevations are the creations of Jim Choate at Surber, Barber, Choate and Hertlein architects.

The existing house was removed and the pool was preserved. The new 4900 SF house of white stucco and black anodized aluminum glazing surrounds the renovated pool and decking.
