Richard House - This historic Sandy Springs home was the site of two major renovations by Blalock Construction.

A classic kitchen, two story addition, screen porch and pergola by architect Jim Choate of Surber, Barber, Choate & Hertlein was completed in 2004.

An art gallery designed by Staffan Svenson of Dencity Design was a 2008 project. This curving, elevated bridge connects the main house to the guest house and garage.
