Sachsenmaier House - Originally a Sears/Roebuck mail order bungalow, this complete renovation and addition features architectural design by Jim Winer of Menefee & Winer Architects with interior design by Lana Sachsenmaier. This Ansley Park classic home was completed in 1999.

Construction included additions at the rear and side of the house and the construction of a new carport. A complete renovation of the interior included elaborate millwork, coffered ceilings and a large award winning kitchen.
