SANDY SPRINGS

This historic Sandy Springs home was the site of two major renovations. A classic kitchen by architect Jim Choate of S.B.C. & H was completed in 2004. A circular art gallery by Staffan Svenson of Den-City Design was a 2008 project.

The new kitchen project also included a two (2) story addition, screen porch and pergola, and re-work of interior rooms and exterior stone matching of the original house. Then a curved elevated bridge was constructed connecting the main house to the guest house, including a new garage and re-work of the interior space of the guest house.
